Five bedrooms for two is not extravagance. It is the removal of everyone else. What you’re reserving isn’t square metres — it’s the certainty that every sound in the house is one you made, that the pool at midnight is empty because it’s yours, that the spa has no schedule because there’s no one to share it with. Hotels sell you a room inside their world. This is the opposite arrangement.
The days find their own ritual. Elephants in the morning mist, a 150-metre walk from your terrace, before the island is properly awake. Long afternoons that migrate between the pool, the sauna and a book. A candlelit table for two on the pool terrace, set by a chef who then disappears. And last thing, the rooftop: tea above the treeline, stars the city never showed you, and the highest point on the estate entirely to yourselves.
