Villa Unity climbs the Bophut hillside floor by floor — entertainment at the ground, a spa above it, the living heart at its centre, the private suites higher still, and a rooftop crown providing 360° panoramic views of the surrounding area. Each level has its own rhythm. Together they form something complete.

The Spa Floor
An entire floor devoted to restoration. Infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, salon — and a shaded outdoor sala overlooking the grounds.
Living, Dining & Pool
The shared heart of the house: living and dining spaces, the main and chef kitchens, and the pool terrace beyond.
Level 4 — The suites. Four en-suite bedrooms above the living level: Panorama, Horizon, Canopy and Hillside. The fifth bedroom, the Garden Suite, is on Level 1.
Level 5 — The rooftop. A viewing deck above the treeline, with space for tea, sundowners and a quieter end to the day.
Built from the hill
it displaced.
Granite cobble at the arrival, transitioning to travertine on the steps, with Sukabumi stone on the water feature. Terrazzo throughout the living level; timber and tile in the bedrooms; acoustic carpet tile in the cinema and office.
And the hillside itself. The rock excavated to seat the house was not carted away. It was hand-chiselled, piece by piece, and set into the planter boxes that ring the property — and into the interior walls of the massage room and the entertainment room. The house is partly built from the hill it displaced.
The spirit house in the garden is carved from marble blessed by monks.

A Loxone smart-home system manages energy, blinds, temperature, humidity and lighting throughout — including low-level lights that find you if you cross a room at night.
Solar panels and battery storage support the essential systems during power cuts.

A stay shaped around you.
Five suites, exclusively yours
Five double beds: three king and two queen, each in an ensuite bedroom. Four suites are on Level 4; the Garden Suite is on Level 1. Overnight accommodation is limited to ten. A cot and pram are available on request.
Plan for the hillside
Stairs throughout the property are required to access all areas. There is no lift or step-free access. The pool is unfenced, ungated and unsupervised. Children need continuous adult supervision around the water, stairs and elevated terraces. Discuss your group's needs with the owners before booking.
Personal service, clearly arranged
A resident villa manager and daily housekeeping are included. A caretaker looks after all external areas six days per week. The cleaning team changes bed linen every three days; the pool team visits twice weekly, and pest control monthly and on call. Confirm the service schedule for your dates. Private chef service is THB 5,000 per meal, plus groceries at cost +20%, arranged in advance.
Celebrate together, with room for your guests
Up to 20 people on site in total, including staying guests, has no gathering fee year round when declared in advance. For 21–30 people, the celebration fee is USD 1,177 including 10% service charge and 7% VAT (USD 1,000++), plus a separate refundable THB 50,000 damage and cleaning deposit. Thirty is the absolute cap; only ten may stay overnight. Visitors do not use bedrooms, and the spa floor is for staying guests only.
Declare visitor numbers at booking or at least 14 days ahead. Outdoor music is background level only and ends at 10pm; indoor music in the cinema and entertainment level may continue with doors closed until midnight. DJs or live bands require prior agreement, are outdoors only, and end at 10pm. Visitors leave by midnight. No fireworks, sky lanterns or hired animals/wildlife. Staff after 10pm costs extra, quoted in advance. Parking accommodates up to ten cars; guest toilets are separate from suites across all levels. Catering and hired services cost extra. Published seasonal nightly rates apply, with no additional New Year or Songkran surcharge.

1,600 square metres of outdoor space unfold across five terraced levels, with elegant planting and Asian fruit trees throughout — a 15-metre PebbleTec infinity pool, a rooftop deck, rockeries, streams, herb gardens, a sunken trampoline, and terraces for every hour of the day. All of it yours, exclusively, for the duration of your stay.

PebbleTec finish, horizon edge over the canopy, heated to preference. A shallow area for children and an integrated jacuzzi. Unsupervised — continuous adult supervision required for children.
Rooftop Viewing Deck
Above the treeline on Level 5. Sunrise rituals, sundowners, tea ceremony at twilight, and the stars — a clarity of sky cities have long forgotten.
Natural Waterway & Gardens
A natural waterway runs at the front of the property — musical for part of the year, a quiet stream the rest. Hand-placed rockeries and elegant planting throughout.
Fruit Trees & Herb Gardens
Banana, papaya, coconut, and a herb garden that supplies the kitchen. Eating food that grew 30 metres away is one of the quiet joys that defines the stay.

The cold plunge and hot tub are nearby. Confirm operating guidance and your own suitability before using heat or cold facilities.

The hot tub offers its gentler counterpoint: a place to watch the jungle at dusk, to let the warmth hold you while something in your chest begins to soften.

A professional treatment room. Arrange your own therapist or request referrals to trusted local practitioners for traditional Thai and deep-tissue work.
Hair & Nail Salon
A fully equipped salon suite with professional stations. Prepare for a special evening without leaving the villa.
