All rates: exclusive use · up to 10 guests · 5-night minimum (10 nights over peak season) · rates shown ++ (before 10% service charge & 7% VAT), with the all-inclusive total beneath each — the all-in figure is the complete amount payable · long-stay discount 10% / 15% / 25% at 7 / 14 / 28+ nights · 10% early-booking on High & Peak booked 6+ months ahead. Our rate card is anchored in US dollars; Thai Baht, GBP and EUR display equivalents are refreshed periodically from prevailing exchange rates.
