What is the minimum stay?

Villa Unity has a 5-night minimum stay throughout the year, including peak season. Stays of 14+ nights receive 10% off nightly rates; 28+ nights receive 20%. All rates are subject to 17.7% tax and service.

Are May–June and September–November available?

During May–June and September–November the owners live at the villa, so these months are not publicly listed. Special requests are occasionally accommodated depending on timing — please enquire directly.

Question 3

What is included in the rate?

Exclusive use of all five levels and every facility — infinity pool, wellness sanctuary, fitness studio, gym, outdoor yoga, cinema, entertainment bar, rooftop deck and all grounds. Villa manager, daily housekeeping and gardening are included. Private chef, massage therapists, trainers, airport transfers, boat trips and grocery pre-stocking are arranged separately.

Can we rent just some of the bedrooms?

No. Villa Unity is rented as a complete estate only — all five en-suite bedrooms, all five levels and all facilities, for up to 10 guests. There are no partial rentals.

How does the elephant sanctuary work?

The Samui Elephant Haven is a 150-metre walk from the villa entrance, offering half-day ethical encounter sessions (no riding, no performance) and a café. Book directly with the sanctuary; fees apply.

Question 6

Is a private chef available?

Yes. Trusted private chefs provide daily service from breakfast to dinner for ten, using a main kitchen and a dedicated chef kitchen. Chef fees and food costs are charged separately.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major currencies (USD, GBP, EUR, AUD, SGD, THB and others), bank transfers, and cryptocurrency including Bitcoin. A 30% deposit secures the dates, with the balance due 60 days prior to arrival.

What is the cancellation policy?

Cancellations 60+ days before arrival receive a full deposit refund. Within 60 days, date changes or rebookings are accommodated where possible. Peak-season terms (December–January) are discussed at enquiry.

What about power, connectivity and smart-home systems?

Accepted Answer

Villa Unity runs entirely on solar power with battery backup, meaning no power interruptions. Fibre broadband is available throughout and Loxone smart-home automation manages climate, blinds, lighting and humidity.

Is it suitable for families with young children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The five-level architecture separates adult and children's spaces, with a kids study and playroom, a sunken trampoline and secure grounds. The infinity pool is unsupervised; adult supervision is recommended and a pool fence can be discussed.

Is Villa Unity suitable for corporate groups?

Yes. The cinema/office doubles as a presentation and meeting space, the rooftop deck suits open-air sessions, and fibre broadband with smart-home AV runs throughout. Catering and complete privacy remove logistical friction.

Where exactly is Villa Unity, and how do I get there?

Bophut Hills, north Koh Samui. Samui Airport is approximately 7km (10–12 minutes by car); Bophut Beach and Fisherman's Village are 2km away. Direct flights serve Koh Samui from Bangkok (45 min) and Singapore (1.5 hrs). Complimentary airport transfer is included for direct bookings.
