Villa Unity is a wellness retreat venue for hire in Bophut Hills, Koh Samui — a five-bedroom private estate with an entire spa floor (infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub and salon), plus a fitness studio, gym and outdoor yoga garden, offered for exclusive use to retreat leaders hosting up to ten guests, fifteen minutes from Samui Airport.

Villa Unity was built to end that compromise. The entire second level is a purpose-built spa floor , not a converted bedroom — and when your group moves from sunrise practice in the yoga garden to the contrast circuit to a workshop in the shaded sala, they never cross a lobby, never queue behind a stranger, never leave the world you’ve built for them. For the length of your booking, the estate is your retreat centre, and yours alone.
The economics are as clean as the programme. One exclusive-use rate covers everything: five ensuite suites your clients won’t hesitate to pay for, every facility included around the clock with no per-session spa fees, and a private chef cooking to your nutritional brief. No group desk, no room-block negotiation, no strangers in your photographs. Yes. We work with trusted in-villa massage therapists, and a private chef can cook daily to your nutritional brief from the main and dedicated chef kitchens. Yoga teachers, breathwork practitioners and trainers can be arranged on request — or bring your own team.
By arrangement, yes. Scouting visits can be organised so you can walk the spa floor, the suites and the grounds before you commit — and once booked, you’re welcome to photograph the estate for your own retreat marketing.
