### The Estate
Five architectural levels terraced into the hillside — five en-suite suites, a 15-metre infinity pool, the grounds, and a complete spa floor.

### Five levels. One seamless ascent.
Villa Unity climbs the Bophut hillside floor by floor — entertainment at the ground, a spa above it, the living heart at its centre, the private suites higher still, and a rooftop crown providing 360° panoramic views of the surrounding area. Each level has its own rhythm. Together they form something complete.
Architecture — James Atkinson, Fractal Architecture and Design, Koh Samui. Interiors — Julius Kanand, formerly a project director at Gensler. Materials: granite cobble, travertine, Sukabumi stone, terrazzo; excavated rock hand-chiselled into planters and the massage/entertainment room walls; monk-blessed marble spirit house. Loxone smart home; solar with battery backup runs the house through power cuts (lighting indefinitely, much of the cooling).

Cinema, entertainment bar, fitness studio, outdoor yoga, and The Garden Suite — the social floor where the day begins and the evening unfolds.

An entire floor devoted to restoration. Infrared sauna, steam room, cold plunge, hot tub, salon — and a shaded outdoor sala overlooking the grounds.

Double-height living area, open-plan kitchen with chef kitchen, dining for ten, the infinity pool terrace, outdoor BBQ, and a kids playroom tucked behind.

### The infinity pool. The rooftop. The garden that never ends.
1,600 square metres of outdoor space unfold across five terraced levels, with elegant planting and Asian fruit trees throughout — a 15-metre PebbleTec infinity pool, a rooftop deck, rockeries, streams, herb gardens, a sunken trampoline, and terraces for every hour of the day. All of it yours, exclusively, for the duration of your stay.

#### 15m Infinity Pool
PebbleTec finish, horizon edge over the canopy, heated to preference. A shallow area for children and an integrated jacuzzi. Unsupervised — adult supervision recommended at all times.

#### Rooftop Viewing Deck
Above the treeline on Level 5. Sunrise rituals, sundowners, tea ceremony at twilight, and the stars — a clarity of sky cities have long forgotten.

Use them in sequence with the cold plunge ten steps away — the contrast-therapy protocol elite athletes and longevity practitioners have used for decades, yours exclusively for the duration of your stay.
